- 500 g cod (boneless and skinless)
- 2 tablespoons red chilies (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed (roasted and powdered)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 lemons
- 2 tablespoons oil
- mix all ingredient and marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours.
- thread on skewers and cook in hot pan.squeeze lemon juice on fish.serve it hot.
