We had this for dinner last night, I used sole and it turned out perfect.

  1. Spray 10x6-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place fish in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix wine, stock, and lemon juice in small bowl and pour over fish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt margarine in small saucepan.
  6. Remove from heat and blend in flour.
  7. Gradually add milk and cook over moderately low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  8. Remove fish from oven and pour liquid from baking dish into cream sauce, stirring until blended.
  9. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with grapes.
  10. Broil about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until sauce starts to brown.

Made this recipe exactly as suggested. Loved it! I will make this again and I don't like fish but am trying to get more of it into my diet. Can't wait to try some of your other recipes.
