Easy to prepare baked fish dish.
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients except fish together in a bowl. Grease pan.
- Arrange fish in baking pan and spread mixture over. Bake about 20 minutes.
Now very good at all ..I bought a good grade of swiss cheese...but it seemed over powering..
Oh my gosh, is this ever good. It reminds me of the fish they serve at a local resaurant. The cheese sauced is perfect to compliment the fish and makes a nice and different way to prepare it. This is a winner, Senior Lady. I can't wait to make it again.
