Basa Fish Fillet Meal Quick, Easy & Yummy

Directions

  1. Cook the rice as desired.
  2. while Rice is cooking Cut 4 pieces of Aluminum Foil (enough to wrap the fish, Rice & Vegetable).
  3. Place 1 piece of fillet on each piece of the foil.
  4. Coat the fillets with Garlic & herbs.
  5. Place equally divided rice on top of the fish pieces.
  6. Top with Thinly slices or finely chopped Vegetables
  7. Wrap the meal securing well.
  8. Bake at 180 for 20 - 30 minutes checking once at 15 minutes.
  9. Fish is ready when white all the way through and the veggies are cooked.
