This works well with Cod and Red Snapper.
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- Mix all ingredients well and marinate fish one to four hours in the refrigerator. Drain marinade and broil or barbecue fish.
- Preparation time does not include marinate time.
try adding chopped scallions & 1 chopped red chilli or a few dry chilli flakes, & Vegata seasoning. Thats my fav.
