- 1 cup cubed fish
- 2 cups cubed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 8 tablespoons tandoori paste
- 2 pita bread or 2 flat bread
- mango chutney
- combine the yogurt and tandoori paste.
- coat fish and veggies with the yogurt mixture.
- put fish and veggies on bamboo skewers.
- roast under broiler until well cooked (a little blackend).
- heat up flat bread in oven.
- serve with mango chutney.
