This is simple, healthy and good food. The way i like it.
- 250 g whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup tuna
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Cook pasta.
- Drain and put back into pot.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with fresh garden salad.
this was a really good meal!!! I added some fresh chives... mostly coz i needed to use them up. this is a very practical dish to make
This was good and filling! I did add some chopped dried cilantro to the dish. I am also looking for main dish recipes which require fish. I think you could serve this cold with the addition of sliced hard boiled eggs. I will have to try it also. Thanks for posting!
