I love seafood and I love BBQ therefore I love this recipe. Can be very strong so don't say I didn't warn you.

  1. Brush fish pieces with lemon juice.
  2. Mix everything else up for the marianade.
  3. Place fish in the marinade mixture and place in the fridge for an hour or two.
  4. Cook the fish on the BBQ.

The flavorings in this marinade were very strong. I tasted it before I used it on my fish.I decided not to put my fish in it ahead of time but only brush it on as it cooked on the grill. It still had a very strong taste.
