      Hubs calls it comfort food fish. We both liked it - we used cod... and we served it with cooked barley and roasted vegetables. What a nice meal. Thank you for posting.

      I used fresh tilapia and dried parsley. The sauce is full of flavor. It's a great recipe that I'll be doing often with white fish. Thanks Lynette :) Made for 123 hit wonders

      I really enjoy fish and this is a marvelous new way to for me to make it. I used Mahi Mahi, a heart healthy margarine,lemon pepper and skim milk. This sure tasted like more calories than it actually has and the 30 min time given is pretty much right on for the thick fillet I had.
