Easy and tasty.
- 2 cod fish fillets
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon herbs, like dried basil, dill, parsley
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion salt
- Arrange fish in single layer in baking dish.
- Mix lemon juice, melted butter and dried herbs; drizzle over fish.
- Sprinkle with pepper and onion salt.
- Bake uncovered for 8 - 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillets.
