  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter and stir in flour.
  3. Gradually add wine and broth, then the herbs and cook until thickened.
  4. Salt and pepper fillets and lay them in a greased casserole.
  5. Place tomato sliced on top of the fish.
  6. Pour sauce over all and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
