What a wonderful dish. I did have a hard time with the paper but I am not good at following directions for things like that LOL The lemon flavours the fish and asparagus wonderfully. This is going in my Divine recipes of 2009 cookbook and will be made over and over again. Made just to say Thanks for being a great team mates during ZWT 5.
We couldn't quite figure out how to do the heart parchment so we just left it as a rectangle and went for it. We loved the taste of the fish and the asparagus. We however left out the wine and used vegetable stock paste instead. I will make this again and hopefully figure out the heart. Thanks
What a yummy recipe...I subbed lime for the lemon cuz that's what I had...we loved it so much I will be using lime in the future...I didn't do so well with the paper folding...after I put the messy packets in the oven...I had the "awe ha" moment...my next attempt should show a big improvement...what an easy dish to prepare...I would have given this 6 stars except for the paper struggle...btw the paper won!...thanks for posting it...=)
This is to delicious and so easy to make.....the hardest part was remembering how to cut out paper hearts! Loved it....thanks so much for sharing your wonderful recipe. Made for 123 Hits tag.
