An excelent seafood meal
- 1 1⁄2 lbs haddock fillets
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1⁄4 inch fresh gingerroot, minced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- chives, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons tomatoes or 6 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
- Place fish on foil and top with remaining ingredients.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper; wrap securely.
- Grill on bbq for 20 to 25 minutes turning once.
