I had a busy day yesterday and didn't get home to make dinner until 8 PM. This was very quick and simple to throw together and, most improtantly, delicious as well. Thanks, Annacia!

I made this exactly as posted, and it smelled great while cooking.....as well as tasting great! I think I would add some garlic and some creole seasoning next time. I did add some hot sauce, but I think I might chop a jalapeno to thrown in as well....I tend to like things spicy. Thanks for sharing....made for Zaar 123 Tag.

Not only does this look attractive it tastes wonderful. I used Basa filets and instead of red pepper sauce I chopped 3 Serrano peppers - Just the right amount of heat. This will be made again and again Thanks Annacia for a great fish recipe

Wonderful fish recipe, the flavours are marvelous! I think what makes it is the touch of hot sauce, great combination of veggies and the lemon finishes nicely. Thanks for post we will make this one again.
