This is amazing I used some fillets that were less than tasty and thought chowder would be the route to go. Found this one and it was a hit with fresh baking powder biscuits or fresh buns I will definitely be making this one again. Five star all the way!!!

Good directions, timing is right on. I omitted carrots and increased celery because of personal preference. Used a 12 oz can of evaporated milk because I only had skim milk in the house. My whole family enjoyed this dish. Thank you.

Excellent recipe! I substituted butter instead of oil and added evaporated milk instead of milk. Beyond that I only added a cup of sweet corn and a tablespoon of fresh chopped cilantro, gave it a nice flavour. Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent!!! I did everything here to a T, then I added 4 strips of turkey bacon cut up really small and 1T of Old Bay Seasoning. This was awesome and because the hubby is lactose intolerant it went great with the margarine and plain soy milk. It was so creamy! Thanks for the great recipe!

We were very impressed with this fish chowder. It smelt so good and it had a great taste.I put in about 1/4 cup 15% cream instead of milk. I will make this again , my husband was very impressed with the outcome. Made for world Tour 8.We thank you for posting

Really nice. I did thicken it a bit, but the flavour was good. I will try it again with different types of fish and seafood.

It took me an hour and a half to make this very bland chowder. It's okay, but nothing special. Could definitely use a little something.

This is a lovely recipe I am happy to have come across. Quick, Healthy & Delicious! I make this recipe pretty much as listed, with the exception of using 4 cups fish broth instead of the boiling water, skim milk instead of regular milk and slightly more vegetables, instead of potato to make this dish less in carbohydrates. I also add Tarragon as well. I have made this soup with Cod, Pangasius and Tilapia and it always comes out brilliant!
