This coating is good for any fish you may want to deep fry. Makes nice golden brown fish.

Directions

  1. Sift together mustard and flour.
  2. Heat oil to 400°.
  3. With a mixer blend the flour mixture with the water, egg, Splenda and salt.
  4. Dip fish into the batter, coating well.
  5. Fry fish until dark golden brown.
