I was given this as a gift one christmas, and enjoyed it. I finally asked for the recipe so that I could share it with my co-workers. I do NOT add the cinnamon or nutmeg.
- 1 cup powdered cocoa mix
- 1 cup powdered coffee creamer (nestles coffeemate)
- 1⁄3 cup instant coffee
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place 3 heaping teaspoons in one cup of HOT water.
This is a good mocha. Not only did I use the cinnamon and nutmeg , I doubled both. I recommend using boiling water to ensure that the cocoa will dissolve and dive you a really hot drink. Having mixes like this on hand is so nice and at so much less cost that the Brand Name mixes.
