From the Energy Savers Cookbook
- 2 lbs fresh asparagus
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
- Wash asparagus and cut off white stalk.
- Cook in boiling water on a grill over a hot fire for 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain and arrange on a large platter.
- Mix the Dash with the butter.
- Coat with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cheese.
