  • In 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix warm water with yeast and sugar, let stand until yeast mixture foams, about 5 minutes.
  • In large bowl, with wooden spoon, combine 1-1/2 cups flour with green onions, olive oil, seseme oil, salt, pepper, and yeast mixture until blended.
  • Gradually stir in 2-1/2 cups flour.
  • With floured hand, knead mixture in bowl to combine.
  • Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  • Knead 10 min until smooth and elastic, working in more flour (1/4 cup) if necessary.
  • Shape into a ball and place in greased large bowl turning dough over to grease top.
  • Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  • Punch dough down.
  • Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  • Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
  • Shape dough into 6 balls.
  • With hand firmly press each ball into an 8-inch round.
  • Place 3 rounds on grill over medium heat.
  • Grill 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear and dough stiffens.
  • Turn and grill 2-3 min on opposite side.
  • Repeat with remaining dough.
  • To serve, cut into 6 wedges.
