This recipe was given to me by a girlfriend, who loves it on Salmon. It sounds like it would also work well with shellfish or chicken. After marinating, seafood (or poultry) can be grilled, pan-fried, or broiled.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 12 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 34 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 12 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (or more to taste)
  • 12 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 dash salt (1/8 tsp)

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in bowl; place in large resealable bag.
  2. Add seafood (or poultry), seal bag, and turn several times to coat.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
