Directions

  1. roast all ingredients except garlic and cilantro on the grill till cooked through and slightly blackened.
  2. chop onions and cilantro in food processor; set aside.
  3. when all the ingredients on the grill are thoroughly cooked, chop in food processor.
  4. combine all ingredients together.
  5. serve hot or cold.
