- 4 ounces boric acid
- 9 ounces borax
- 1 gallon warm water
- Combine boric acid and borax.
- Dissolve the mixture in a bucket containing 1 gallon of warm water.
- Soak the costume in the mixture until fully saturated.
- Allow costume to drip dry.
