A very easy recipe that tastes so good! (Prep time does not include at least 2 hours chill time)
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped hot fresh chili pepper, such as habenero
- 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, and chile, pressing with the back of a spoon until mixed. Stir in the pineapple and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.
Yummy delicious way to eat pineapple, I could eat a whole one with this.
What a great recipe !!! There iss definately nothing bad to say about this. The flavor was exceptional. The combination of ingredients was great too. A definate keeper. Made for football tag.
I loved this! Such a great combination of ingredients. This went very well with some grilled chicken. I will make this again as I love pineapple. Thanks for sharing.
