I don't have a bread machine so I put all the ingredients in my KA standmixer bowl using the dough hook @ number 2 setting. I knew there would be a bit of playing around with amounts as I was not usuing a bread machine. The mixture wasn't sticking together so I added another 1/4 cup milk and it still needed a bit of moisture so I added 1/4 cup water. I let this knead for 3 minutes. I divided this into 3 portions and twisted these into ropes and braided these together. The bread sat covered with a towel for 30 minutes and I then baked it at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes and it turned out nicely. This is a nice bread to have with tea.
