Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 12 cup cooked rice
  • 12 cup chopped broccoli, cooked until tender
  • 14 cup chopped carrot, cooked until tender
  • 18 cup chicken broth (may need more or less, add it a bit at a time to your food processor)

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender with enough chicken broth to hold together. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
