Strips of steak with a crusty coating. Kinda messy, but well worth it! Kids eat these up! Cook time is for chilling.

My Kids Loved this! Talk about interesting but delicious. The batter creates a crust about the consistancy of batter used for 'fish and chips'. I cut the steak thin, don't cut too thin though. The batter keeps the meat moist and tender. My kids already asked me to make it again!

  1. Slice steak into strips.
  2. Beat egg and milk.
  3. Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
  4. Add steak strips; toss to coat.
  5. Chill for 2 hours or longer.
  6. Fry in hot oil until light brown; 2-3 minutes.
