From a Glycerine advertorial in an old Good Taste mag, toddler DD & I will try this soon.

  1. Combine flour & water well.
  2. Stir in glycerine & food colouring.
  3. Repeat to make different colours & then let the kids go for their life.

My children loved it! I've already shared this recipe with my boys' kindergarten teachers. Thank you Mandy!!

I won't rate as it may be what I used. I used my homeground whole wheat and divided it up into 2 colors. The colors came out nice, but it didn't spread very well on the paper. It broke up. If I buy white flour, I may try it again.
