This is my favorite rub for ribs. I got it out of a Woman's Day magazine years ago. My copy is in bad shape, so wanted a safe place for it.

Excellent! Used the mix on a rack of ribs, sprinkled generously and refrigerated overnight.This rub makes for wonderfully flavorful ribs. Basted with Recipe#59772. We loved them and have added the recipe to our BBQ collection. Thank you Beverly.
- 3 tablespoons sugar (I use Splenda)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
