Great little rolls, and they bring back such nice memories. My great-grandmother and grandmother both always made clover rolls for the holidays. I love the idea of including some 4-leaf clovers in the bunch-- fun surprise for the kids. I think they could use a tad more salt (maybe because I used unsalted butter), which I'll add next time. Fantastic...these are little beauties! I made a dozen in the muffin tins and the other dozen just as regular round rolls (due to only having one muffin pan)They are such a light and fluffy roll with a slight buttery flavour. Absolutly fab served warm with lashings of butter but are just as good cold. A great dinner roll! Thanks for sharing!
