Fabulous, Ethan. I confess I used sugar. I strained the yogurt for two days and mmmmmm, thick, thick, good, good. 27*s for your invention. I'll be enjoying this one for years to come. HIGHLY recommended.
While the concept of this is very good and it makes a very low calorie/low fat snack, I didn't particularly care for the combination of yogurt and chocolate. Made for Healthy Choices 2008 ABC tag.
This tasted great! I love that it's good for you and can satisfy a chocolate craving. Very easy to make. I accidentally bought vanilla yogurt instead of plain, so I omitted the vanilla flavoring. I made a whole 650g tub of it, so my calculations might have been a bit off. I think I could have added more cocoa. I know I cut back on the sugar quite a bit, 3tsp/140g seemed too much for me. Everyone actually loved that it wasn't too sweet, and it was a great end to a meal. As a special treat, I served it with two pieces of Orange Fudge (Recipe #9878325) and a couple of sliced strawberries. Big hit!
