After having had lap-band surgery, I often need to add some protein to my daily intake. This is something I made that is very filling. My preferences are 100 calorie Muscle milk light and yoplait light yogurt (in the blue container). At BJs and Costco the muscle milk is in 8 and 8.5 oz containers.
- Add all ingredients in a blender and mix (until ice is crushed to own liking).
Guess I did change this in a major way, since there were really only 2 ingredients worth talking about ~ I not only left out the ice, but then I added a chopped up frozen banana & used fat-free yogurt! Still, it does make for a very tasty shake! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef]
