- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1⁄4 cup dry vermouth
- 1 tablespoon stone ground dijon mustard
directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Place fillet in baking dish.
- Spread mustard on fillet, and pour vermouth over top.
- Broil 2-3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes each side.
