I did make a few changes by 1) adding fresh garlic & ginger while sauteing the meat and 2) then electing to bake the eggrolls. I thought overall these were a good version. They contained a heavier meat to veggie ratio than most and I didn't find the small amount of accent distracting. Thank you for sharing your recipe! Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.
