This was fantastic! I had some sole to use up and I found this recipe. I used jar minced garlic - and used about 1.5 tsp per packet (I LOVE garlic) and also added in a half a green pepper I had in the fridge. I topped the tomato layer with the salt and pepper as well as a pinch of dill and marjoram. This was a real treat, and healthy to boot!

This was delicious! I don't really love fish, though I do love how good it is for you, so finding a recipe like this with such a great, non-fishy flavor is wonderful. Thank you for posting!

What a delicious recipe! Love the presentation. I used parchment paper, and my guests had great fun opening their dinner surprise. Thank you for posting it.

Lovely sole packets!! The jalapeno pepper with the garlic sure livens up the sole! The spinach, onion and tomatoes are perfect with it. We will definately be making this again, thanks for sharing!!
