From Stash Tea.
- 4 ounces ice
- 8 ounces of stash english tea (brewed double strength) or 8 ounces irish breakfast tea (brewed double strength)
- 2 ounces coconut syrup
- 1 ounce cream or 1 ounce half-and-half
- Combine ice, iced tea, coconut syrup, cream or half-and-half in a cocktail shaker or a jar with a lid.
- Shake until cold and frothy. Pour into a tall iced tea glass.
I liked this recipe. It would be good served if having a South Pacific Party. Maybe some rum might kick it up a notch! Bam!
