A pecan pie with no corn syrup (but lots of butter!). This makes a small pie, but I often double it for a 10" deep dish pie. If you want, omit the raisins and double the pecans.

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add cinnamon and stir.
  3. Add the eggs and stir.
  4. Add pecans, raisins, and vinegar and mix.
  5. Pour into a 8 or 9 inch pie shell and bake at 350°F till filling sets.
