A pecan pie with no corn syrup (but lots of butter!). This makes a small pie, but I often double it for a 10" deep dish pie. If you want, omit the raisins and double the pecans.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add cinnamon and stir.
- Add the eggs and stir.
- Add pecans, raisins, and vinegar and mix.
- Pour into a 8 or 9 inch pie shell and bake at 350°F till filling sets.
