Hi all! I live in one of the neatest places on Earth - somewhere betwen North Florida and South Alabama. I LOVE Deep South cooking - I think all food should have as much Soul as the one making it. I can't wait to try some new things - and share some of my curious cuisine with y'all (frog legs w/ ketchup sauce anyone? Maybe my recipe for squirrel? - SO tender!)
