  • Sift all dry ingredients together.
  • Add oil or the butter mix well.
  • Add vanilla and buttermilk mix well.
  • Add figs and the optional ingredients (if desired).
  • Do Not Grease Pan 9x12.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minute at 325 F.
