This is a sweet tangy yet nippy salad. All the ingredients go together for a great salad.
- 4 -5 cups spring mixed greens
- 2 tablespoons red onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup dried fig, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup walnut pieces, candied (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup kraft fig balsamic dressing (to taste)
