"A sweet and savoury vinaigrette. Makes 3/4 cup. Keeps in fridge for 1 week."

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup fig vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon horseradish

1. 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk.
