Never having had figs before, I was delightfully surprized at the complexity it lended to the sauce. This dish just needed a little salt and pepper.

  1. Peel and Devein Shrimp.
  2. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.Add shrimp and minced Garlic and saute 2 minutes.
  3. Increase heat to high and stir in preserves, horseradish and Mustard . Saute for 1-2 Minutes until shrimp have turned pink.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately. ENJOY.
