Really easy to make. My hubby liked it with salsa and coke chicken:)

  1. Mix salsa, rice, and water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes until rice is tender. Fluff with fork.
  2. Serves 4- 1.5 WW points per serving.
