I made this for potluck at church. It was great. I doubled the recipe and used ground venison instead of beef. I also substituted a can of Rotel for part of the salsa because I didn't have enough.

This was a wonderful dish that fed my entire family and we even had some left over....Great meal when football has you running behind!!!

Sorry about the photo. I was starved and couldn't wait to "pretty it up". We loved the flavor of this simple easy to make dish. I left out the bell pepper otherwise made it as directed x2. when I went to make it, I realized I did not have 2 pkgs of the same type of mac & cheese so I had to use another brand. Other then the shape of the pasta shells I do not think there is any difference.
