These turned out so delicious. I will be making them again. I used cocoa & butter as a substitute for the unsweetened chocolate and found the mix to be a little too sticky to form balls properly. So I found a sugar cookie recipe and added a bit of all the dry ingredients in proportion to that recipe and it worked out fine.

Mine weren't too rich they were wonderful. Hugs work best, we tried other kisses and they didn't work as good.

These have a great taste Karen. But, my oh my they are rich. It must be the sweetened condensed milk. (I'm sure it is). You wouldn't need more than one maybe two. I didn't have enough kisses to make 60 and so made the cookies twice the size stated. Turned out fine. Love the cinnamon flavor too. Thanks Karen for these tasty little decadence.
