    I found this recipe in Taste of Home Holiday Potlucks and Barbecues May 2009. This is a tasty bean dip with ingredients you'll have on hand. Feel free to substitute as you like. Recipe courtesy of Rhonda Cowden, Quincy, Illinois.

    Directions:

      In a shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies, and dip mix.

      Stir in 1 cup of cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir.

      Cover and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer or until heated through.
    4. 4
      Stir until blended.
    5. 5
      Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with olives, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce if desired.

      Serve with tortilla chips.

      Recipe tested in 1100 watt microwve.
