Very easy to make and quite flavorful. I made two adjustments...I used more broth (about a cup)because we like more juice. I simmered for 25 minutes instead of just five as that is my standard time when doing a dish like this as the meat comes out quite tender. Other than those two things, nothing else was changed. Thanks for a recipe which will definitely be made again!
