- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened
- 59.14 ml colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 44.37-59.16 ml cilantro, minced, fresh
- 29.58-44.37 ml onions, grated
- 14.79 ml chili powder
- 4.92 ml instant minced garlic
- 2.46 ml garlic salt
- 1.23 ml dried oregano
- 1.23 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.61 ml ground cumin
- 0.61-1.23 ml hot pepper sauce
- 59.14 ml parsley, minced, fresh
- assorted cracker
directions
- In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
- Add the cheese, cilantro,onion, chili powder, garlic, garlic salt, oregano, red pepper flakes,cumin and hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Shape into a ball.
- Roll in parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yield: 1 cheese ball.
