This tastes very good when it's still quite warm. But when it's cool, it gets dry and not as good.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 23 cup milk
  • 4 12 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. In a bowl , combine the biscuit mix, milk and seasoning mix; mix well.
  2. Pat into a greased 8x8 inch square pan; drizzle with butter.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Variation: use chili seasoning mix, or Italian or Ranch salad dressing mix.
