Perhaps the best thing i've ever cooked,and not a single complaint yet!! It came out of nowhere as i wasn't planning on shopping til the next day!

  1. mix cornflour/ketchup/chopped peri peri chili's til paste.
  2. brush olive oil over base,spread dry herbs over base.
  3. coat base in tomato mixture.
  4. lay thinly sliced bell pepper bacon over base.
  5. top with swiss cheese/cheddar cheese.
  6. place bocconcini balls over pizza.
  7. place in preheated oven (200 deg c).
  8. bake 15 mins.
  9. garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley.
