Cayenne makes this spicy! I'm a wimp so use less. Serve it piping hot with thick slices of warm crusty bread. Adapted from Rebecca Field Jager in her cookbook How to Make !ove and Dinner at the Same Time.

This is a very nice recipe, very smooth and creamy. I would not describe it as spicy, but the heat level could easily be adjusted with the addition of more cayenne or with the addition of some other spicy ingredient, such as diced jalapeno. We served this at a party and my nephew especially went crazy for it!
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
